For Officials: Safety First

No matter what sport you officiate or at what level, it is important to keep in mind that safety is our primary aim. That said, watch this short clip.

The referees did not try to rush the game back into action. In actuality, the player collapsed on the floor. He was not moved until paramedics arrived. The game restarted about half an hour after it was stopped. We were told that the boy had a seizure.
